The Inter-X Connection
The Inter-X internal connection is designed for ceramic dental implants. The VICARBO® screw is made of carbon-fiber-reinforced PEEK so it can endure tensile forces, while the ceramic absorbs the force of compression. The connection’s highly precise geometry allows for the abutment’s secure seating and simple placement.
The four interlocks prevent the abutment from rotating within the implant while the contact surface of the implant platform is slightly beveled to encourage the centering of the prosthetic components.
